The Skyline at Orchard Boulevard is one of five projects for a developer in Singapore by selected architects, to conceive a new brand for luxury residential condominiums. The Skyline will be a 147-meter tall, 33-storey luxury residential condominium near Orchard Boulevard, with 40 residential units (5 types) of varying sizes ranging from 120 m² to 470 m².
In order to capitalize on the zoning restrictions of the site, the residential zone of the luxury residential condominium is elevated 20-meter to maximize and capture the immaculate views beyond. Furthermore, all four corners of the condominium will have balconies surrounded by a living and dining space, becoming an extension of living space for each residence.
The site is conceived to be a layering of numerous green spaces, and with all residential balconies surrounded with greenery, the residential units above will seamlessly grow from the landscape below. |
